OUR REPLY:
We aim to reply within 2 hours by email Monday to Friday.
APPOINTMENT WITH US:
We will book a time with you to come into our office in Seminyak with your passport photos and review the documents you have uploaded before payment stage.

PROCESS:
When your KITAS is approved we request payment as per terms below.
Once completed we request the final payment.
We ensure your Telex is completed.
You then fly to Singapore with this document to complete. (One day round trip)
On return to Bali we book you in at Immigration for photo, fingerprinting and electronic signature.
We then print and laminate your KITAS/IMTA for you to take home.
You are then ready to start working in Indonesia.
We can process working Visas from 1 - 6 months depending on what you require.
Please note the maximum working visa for arts & recreation is 6 months.

REQUIRED:
Applicants must have all documents uploaded prior to the appointment with us. Your appointment is so you can deliver your passport photos to us and make down payment. If you cannot upload your document you can email them direct to Kitas@balicircusproduction.com

*Copy Of 12 Months Validity Passports (1st Page Photo FullPage)
*Copy of the first 10 pages of your passport after the photo page. We scan at the office for you.
*Curriculum Vitae / Resume with cover note
*Copy Photo 2x3cm, 3x4cm, 4x6cm: 6 x HeadShots on red background. WE can take photo at the office for you. Dress code for photo: Men - white shirt & tie // Women - white shirt
*Copy of current health insurance policy.

FEES:
- FULL 6 MONTH KITAS (max term for entertainment KITAS is 6 MONTHS)
TBA on the day of enquiry - based on USD exchange rate
*This fee excludes the fee the VISA agent will charge in OUTSIDE COUNTRY AGENT, the flight, personal expenses and possible accommodation you may need. We choose Singapore or KL as our preferred agent office. If you choose your own VISA office it is your responsibility to liaise with them,

DEPOSIT:
To start your KITAS we require full payment.
You keep your passport throughout the process.

CANCELLATION & ADMIN FEES:
In any circumstance of cancellation or application is invalid administration cancel fee of IDR1,000,000 will be deducted from your deposit. If the agency have already processed your ITAS/KITAS and you do not arrive to Bali in time there is no refund.​
